Pre-K Art

I am a Pre School Art Teacher in Philadelphia. I love art and being able to make it every day is so much fun. I like to be different and I like a challenge. I have a total of 30 students, 3 classes of 10 kids. That is enough! lol On my blog I have art projects that Pre K did...yes 4-5 year olders. I picked projects that I knew were difficult but they will surprise you! Never doubt them...they really will prove you wrong. I hope you like my blog...more and more projects to come!

Happy Birthday Dr Seuss!!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!!

Dr. Seuss's Birthday is March 2nd and what would be better than to be the Cat in the Hat! Fun and eeeeezzzzzz...lol.

First start off with a white plate, tell them to color the bumps with a black crayon. Once we got that done then I had them glue on the mouth. With a black maker they drew a nose, mouth, whiskers, and eye brows.

Once the head is done they got a white hat and glued on the red stripes. Glued the hat and stick on the plate and BAM Cat in the Hat Mask!! Fun!!!
